Once your order has been shipped, please click on Order Tracker or use the provided email address to track your order status. Registered users can also log in to "My Orders" in the Personal Center to track their order.

3. Why are orders sent in separate shipments?

  • Products may be sourced from different warehouses.
  • Your order may exceed weight limits for a single package.
  • The system automatically splits packages if your order includes pre-sale items.

4. Why did I receive a notification from logistics?

If your package hasn't cleared customs or there are address issues causing delivery failure, carriers like FedEx, DHL, or others may require additional information from you (the importer). Please promptly contact the carrier to provide the necessary details to avoid delivery delays.
