1. 45-Day Free-Reason Return Policy:

Quality Issues: If you encounter any quality-related issues with your Selens product, we are committed to resolving them promptly. Depending on the situation, we will either provide replacement parts or send you a brand new product at no additional cost. To initiate this process, please contact us with your order information, a detailed description of the product issue, and provide accompanying pictures or videos as evidence. Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.

Non-Quality Issues: For issues not related to product quality, such as change of mind or compatibility concerns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us with your order information to initiate the return process. We strive to process these returns efficiently to ensure your satisfaction.

 

2. 3-Year Warranty for Products:

Selens products are covered by a comprehensive 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we offer free repair services for any manufacturing defects or issues that arise under normal use. If the product cannot be repaired effectively, we will either replace the faulty components or provide you with a new product. Please note that shipping costs incurred during warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
