As our products are shipped from our facilities in Mainland China:
- Customs: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. All additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery: Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Returns and Refunds
